At 30 games for a suggested price of $60, there doesn't appear to be a better bang for your buck in (legal) retro gaming than the NES Classic Edition on its way in November. The Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) — renamed from the Family Computer, or Famicom – was first released in North America on October 18, 1985. The NES was released in Europe and Australia in 1986 and 1987 and distributed by various third-party companies until Nintendo took over distribution in 1990 and 1994 respectively. The NES Classic Edition comes with 30 classic games you can play — no additional purchases needed. The games list is an impressive collection of classics, from 'Final Fantasy' to 'Castlevania.

The SNES Classic Edition was recently announced by Nintendo and it's set to arrive on September 29th. The Super Nintendo Nintendo Entertainment system will include 21 pre-installed games on the console that can be played on any high-definition TV.
The SNES Classic Edition's 21 game library covers a wide array of the most popular games to arrive on Super Nintendo over its lifespan. The list of SNES Classic games covers a wide variety of genres, including racing games, role-playing games, fighting games, role playing games, action games, and more.
The Super Nintendo Classic does have less games than the NES Classic that released last year. However, this console comes with two controllers to play games like Mario Kart and Street Fighter with friends, locally.
